HR Administrator - Entry Level

You''ll support the team with day-to-day people processes, particularly around recruitment, onboarding, and general HR operations.What you''ll be doing:Recruitment and OnboardingHelp manage admin tasks related to recruitment: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and updating candidates.Support hiring managers with interview logistics.Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents.Ensure new hires have a smooth and welcoming start.General HR AdministrationKeep employee data up to date in HR systems.Support with document management and compliance checks.Assist in gathering data for reports and metrics.Employee Relations SupportSupport the People Relations Manager with admin tasks, including scheduling meetings and note-taking.Help with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.Entry Requirements:Full UK driving licence and access to a carFull right to work in the UKA positive attitude and willingness to work and learnSome administrative experienceHR knowledge or interest is desirableWhat''s in it for you: 26,000 annual salary23 days holiday + ..... full job details .....
