      <description>Location: Redbridge | Salary: &amp;pound;32535 - &amp;pound;33987/annum | Type: Temporary | HR Administrator (1-Year Maternity Cover)   Location:  Redbridge  Start Date:  ASAP  Contract:  Fixed Term (1 Year Maternity Cover)  Hours:  Full Time  We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established school in Redbridge for an experienced  HR Administrator  to join their team on a 1-year maternity cover contract.  Duties will include supporting recruitment and onboarding, maintaining accurate HR records, processing HR documentation, assisting with payroll administration, monitoring absence records, completing pre-employment and safeguarding checks, and responding to day-to-day HR queries.  The successful candidate will have previous administrative experience, ideally within HR or education, with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.  An enhanced DBS check will be required for this position.
