You''ll be working full time 38.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday) at Cygnet Hospital Bierley, helping ensure the safe and smooth running of services for the people in our care. Cygnet Hospital Bierley provides a range of acute and low secure mental health services for men and women.The hospital is set across four wards offering single-sex male and female specialist mental health services. All our services are provided under the umbrella of a recovery orientated approach and are reviewed through the CPA framework.You will be responsible for helping provide a safe, welcoming environment for colleagues, visitors and the people in our care.Your day-to-day • Ensure HR systems are regularly maintained and updated• Work with the HR teams and provide administrative support• Ensure all HR records and systems are accurate and comply with the Data Protection Act• Maintain employee personnel files and ensure they are fully compliant with CQC guidelines• Proactively develop and implement robust systems across Cygnet• Assist in the maintenance of employee data on Cygnet''s HR information system.You are • An effective and experienced HR administrator in a healthcare setting• Genuinely driven with a desire to make a real ..... full job details .....
