Description
HR Administrator:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data compliance.
- Support administration for investigation packs, ensuring all documents are recorded.
- Handle general HR queries, managing the inbox.
- Process driving licence checks, DBS checks on the update service, appraisals administration.
- Ensure all HR documentation aligns with company policies and legal requirements.
Profile
HR Administrator:
- Previous experience in HR Administration role essential.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to manage multiple priorities.
- Microsoft office skills including Word and Excel.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
