A manufacturing and production client of ours in the Clacton-on-Sea area are recruiting a temporary part-time HR Administrator to join their People & Culture team. This office-based role is Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 2:30pm (hours negotiable), starting early September.
Your key duties in this HR Administrator role will include but are not limited to:
- Managing the People Department inbox and responding to employee queries
- Supporting recruitment, on boarding, off boarding, and HR processes for operational staff
- Coordinating employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and events
- Maintaining HR records, documents, and intranet content
- Ordering office supplies, replenishing the kitchen and ensuring they are stored appropriately
- Reconciling departmental credit cards and resolving discrepancies
- Liaising with cleaning services and overseeing general housekeeping for welfare areas
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
- Strong administration skills and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
