A manufacturing and production client of ours in the Clacton-on-Sea area are recruiting a temporary part-time HR Administrator to join their People & Culture team. This office-based role is Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 2:30pm (hours negotiable), starting early September.

Your key duties in this HR Administrator role will include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the People Department inbox and responding to employee queries
  • Supporting recruitment, on boarding, off boarding, and HR processes for operational staff
  • Coordinating employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and events
  • Maintaining HR records, documents, and intranet content
  • Ordering office supplies, replenishing the kitchen and ensuring they are stored appropriately
  • Reconciling departmental credit cards and resolving discrepancies
  • Liaising with cleaning services and overseeing general housekeeping for welfare areas

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:

  • Strong administration skills and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
