Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: Bristol (Onsite, Monday to Friday)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive + Benefits

Our client, a well established healthcare provider, is looking for a reliable and detail oriented HR Administrator to join their team at their Bristol office. This is a full-time, permanent position, working onsite Monday to Friday.

In this role, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Manager, helping to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR processes including onboarding, compliance checks, and maintaining records

  • Respond to staff HR queries and escalate where needed

  • Assist with preparing reports and documentation

  • Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy

What We''re Looking For

  • Experience in an HR admin or office support role

  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and HR systems

  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) is a plus but not essential
