Zenith People are looking to recruit an HR Administrator to work at our clients site in Washington. The role exists to provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department.
Responsibilities

Employee Relations
Learning & Development
Pay & Reward
- Provide administration support to the Plant Manager as required collating information for example presentations.
- Daily management of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Management of the time and attendance photographs linked to the time and attendance. When required produce door access cards for employees.
- Responsible for the purchasing of stationery, uniform and any other consumable items.
- Collation of uniform orders for employees, liaising with supplier, using their on line portal system. Update of uniform log and distribution of uniform to employees.
- Use of SAP system for entry of Purchase Orders.
- Management of office recycle material including cartridges / paper / boxes.
- Management of meeting rooms including layout / room bookings / 5S / refreshments and consumables.
- Management of Company notice boards.
- Manage the layout and facilities within the reception/communication area. Ensuring the site presentation is up to date on TV screens.
- Responsible for managing and allocating of lockers to employees.
- Responsible for managing Employee of the Month recognition scheme, duties include collating the information, preparing the presentation, letters and certificates.
- Responsible for Improvement Ideas system for employee recognition, collating the information and producing the presentation for the monthly committee meeting.
- Provide support to the management of catering services for site hospitality.
- Provide backup to other team members on critical tasks not detailed elsewhere in the role profile.
- The Code of Conduct will be adhered to at all times.
- Perform other duties as required.
SKILLS
- The job holder should be self-motivated, a team player and confident enough to act on their own initiative.
- Must be able to multi-task and work at a high pace whilst constantly juggling priorities.
- Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft packages: word, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must respect confidentiality, work with attention to detail with professionalism within the work place.
