Reports to: HR Manager UK and IrelandCTR Select is recruiting for HR Administrator for our client based in Egham and they are seeking HR Administrator to provide administrative support for their HR team and employees across the UK and Ireland. A full-time role based in the office in Egham, working Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 4.30pm. Opportunity to work on a hybrid model once the successful candidate has settled in. Key ResponsibilitiesManage HR systems, including EMEA HR database, SAP and PeopleSoft; support upgrades and reporting.Prepare and process HR documentation for recruitment, references, and statutory requirements.Coordinate the internal recruitment programme and ensure accuracy in records and payments.Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and HR events.Manage leave administration (maternity, paternity, adoption, parental leave) and provide guidance.Facilitate recruitment interviews, inductions, and exit interviews; log feedback to drive improvements.Liaise with international offices and payroll to resolve queries.Undertake additional HR projects and ad hoc duties as required.Skills and ExperiencePrevious HR administration or administration experience.Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Confident handling confidential and sensitive information.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); SAP experience is a plus.Able to work ..... full job details .....
