HR Administrator Manchester (Hybrid minimum 2 days in the office) £14.55 per hour Full-time / 6-Month Temporary About the Role We are recruiting for an HR Administrator to join a busy and evolving organisation based in Manchester. This is a 6-month contract supporting a high-volume HR function during a period of organisational restructure and growth. This role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of HR operations, providing administrative support across the employee lifecycle and contributing to a fast-paced and collaborative team environment. This opportunity would suit someone with previous HR experience or a strong administrator looking to transition into HR. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support to the HR teamMaintain accurate employee records and HR systemsSupport recruitment activity, including interview coordination and onboarding processesAssist with processing employee lifecycle changes (starters, leavers, and internal changes)Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with internal processesRespond to HR queries and provide support to managers and employeesSupport the wider HR team during a period of high recruitment activityAssist with general HR projects and initiatives linked to organisational changeRequired Skills and ExperiencePrevious administrative experience (essential)Previous HR experience desirable but not essentialStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to manage a high-volume workload ..... full job details .....
