HR Administration Team Leader

We''re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Team Leader to drive excellence in HR administration, onboarding, and first-line support. What You''ll Do Lead and develop the People Admin team to deliver high-quality HR support across the business Oversee onboarding, leaver processes, and all HR transactional activities, ensuring accuracy, legal and regulatory compliance Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and implement development plans Ensure all offers, contracts, and employee records are accurate and up to date Support People Partners with first-line HR queries, exit interviews, and ad hoc admin tasks Collaborate with Recruitment, LandD, and Facilities to ensure a seamless employee experience What You''ll Bring Experience in HR administration and managing the employee lifecycle At least 1 year of team leadership experience Strong stakeholder management, confidentiality and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to work at pace CIPD Level 3 and proficient IT skills (MS Office suite, HR systems etc.)You''ll be at the heart of our People function, helping shape a positive employee experience and ensuring we meet our regulatory and business standards.
