This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking to take the next step in their career, combining team leadership with hands-on HR administration and process improvement. You''ll lead a team of 5-6 HR Administrators, overseeing the delivery of a high-quality HR service across the full employee lifecycle. You''ll also play a key role in developing the team, managing service levels, resolving complex queries and driving improvements across HR processes. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop a team of 5-6 HR Administrators Oversee day-to-day HR administration across the full employee lifecycle Act as a point of escalation for HR administration and contractual queries Manage team workloads, service levels, quality and performance reporting Provide hands-on support with contracts, variations and employee changes Ensure compliance across areas including Right to Work, GDPR, employee records and audit requirements Review and improve HR processes, controls and documentation Monitor HR query volumes and service performance, identifying trends and improvements Work closely with HR colleagues, managers and wider business stakeholders About You We''re looking for someone with: Previous experience ..... full job details .....
