This role provides shared administrative support across the HR and People Communications functions, helping to ensure our workforce processes run smoothly and efficiently.  Working closely with the HR &amp; Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating HR activities, maintaining accurate systems and records, and supporting a consistent, trust-wide approach to HR administration and staff communication.
