The role is critical in ensuring the smooth running of operational processes across the employee lifecycle while maintaining compliance and data integrity. This position has been created to alleviate administrative pressure across the Recruitment and HR teams. As hiring volumes and employee lifecycle activity increase, administrative tasks such as interview coordination, compliance checks, documentation and data management can become a bottleneck. This position will be to improve process efficiency, compliance and data accuracy, reducing operational risk and delays.
