HR Administrator03 Contract Glasgow - hybrid working We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our HR team. This role will provide essential administrative support across a range of HR activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a high standard of service delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day HR administrative support across the employee lifecyclePrepare and issue HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and correspondenceMaintain and update employee records within HR systems with a high level of accuracyManage and prioritise tasks through a CRM-based workflow/queue system (training provided)Support data management and reporting using Excel and SharePointEnsure all documentation and records are compliant with internal policies and standardsAssist with general HR queries and provide administrative support to the wider HR team Skills and ExperienceEssential:Strong HR administration experience in a fast-paced environmentExcellent attention to detail and high level of accuracyExperience in producing HR letters and documentationExperience with HR systemsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SharePointStrong organisational and time management skillsDesirable:Experience using HR systems such as Oracle HR systems or similarExperience working with CRM or case management systemsTo apply for the People and HR Administrator please send your CV to (url removed) Project People is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy. ..... full job details .....
