This is a newly created position within an established and expanding specialist engineering business of around 65 employees. Reporting directly to the Director, you''ll work closely with departmental managers across the entire business, taking ownership of day-to-day HR while helping shape how the function develops as the company continues to grow.The company currently employs around 65 people and has continued to expand year-on-year.
