HR (3 Month Temporary Contract) Location: PooleSalary: £15.50 - £18.00 per hour DOEContract: Temporary (October to December)Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pmStart Date: ASAP The Opportunity Our client is seeking an experienced HR representative to join their business on a temporary basis to provide cover from October through to late December. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable HR professional who enjoys a varied generalist role and is confident working independently. You will be the sole dedicated HR representative within the business during this period, managing day-to-day HR administration and supporting managers with employee-related matters. While you will have autonomy in the role, you''ll be supported by a highly experienced Operations Manager and Director, both of whom are extremely HR-savvy, along with access to an external HR advisory service for guidance on more complex issues. Due to the imminent start date, our client is looking to appoint someone quickly to allow for a full handover before the current HR Representative begins their sabbatical on 1st October. Key Responsibilities Managing all employee starter and leaver processes. Preparing employment contracts and associated HR documentation. Maintaining employee records and updating the HR system. Coordinating employee training administration. Ensuring all leaver documentation and processes are completed accurately.
