We are looking for a compassionate, proactive and reliable Housing Worker to support young people in supported accommodation, helping them develop essential life skills and work towards independent living. You’ll play an important role in supporting young people aged 16–25 within supported accommodation. Working face to face on Saturdays and Sundays based in Truro city centre. Key Responsibilities: - Provide practical housing support and promote independent living skills. - Build positive relationships and support residents'' wellbeing. - Maintain a safe environment and respond to safeguarding concerns. - Complete building checks and maintain accurate records. About You: - Experience working with young people or in supported housing is desirable. - Understanding of homelessness, mental health and safeguarding. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
