This role involves carrying out home visits, identifying support needs, promoting health and safety, and working closely with partner services to improve resident outcomes. Due to the nature of the role, candidates must have access to a vehicle and be able to travel regularly across the area. Key Responsibilities Conduct tenancy and welfare visits to residents. Identify vulnerabilities, safeguarding concerns, and tenancy support needs. Carry out basic health and safety and fire safety checks within homes. Report repairs, damp and mould, disrepair, and property-related concerns. Provide tenancy advice and signpost residents to appropriate support services.
