This is an excellent opportunity for a housing professional with a strong background in tenancy management, tenancy sustainment, resident engagement, and safeguarding.This role is primarily site-based, with extensive travel across the borough visiting council tenants in their homes. As such, candidates must hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle. There is only limited opportunity to work from home.As the face of the council, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding resident-focused services, supporting vulnerable tenants, identifying risks, and helping residents sustain successful tenancies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver a programme of home visits to council tenants across Brent.Complete detailed tenancy visit assessments and prescribed data collection forms.Conduct dynamic risk assessments within residents'' homes, identifying health and safety concerns, including fire risks and evacuation challenges.Identify and address issues relating to damp, mould, disrepair, and poor property conditions, referring cases to relevant teams as appropriate.Provide residents with ..... full job details .....
