As a Housing Team Leader at Hyde, you will manage and develop a team, providing guidance on complex housing matters and ensuring services are delivered effectively, in line with performance targets, contractual requirements and customer expectations. You will also drive the delivery of a comprehensive housing service that meets the needs and expectations of residents and stakeholders, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
