Housing Team Administrator

The working Locations range from Stratford, Wexham Hopital Slough, King George Hospital Redbridge and other parts of London so gives the ideal candidate a few choices to be based from.
Job responsibilities
To provide operational, administrative and customer-focused support across the Immediate Market Tenures function, including London Living Rent (LLR), Right to Buy (RtB) and Key Worker Schemes (KWS).
The role is responsible for coordinating key operational processes, maintaining accurate records and systems, supporting customers through important stages of their housing journey, and ensuring services are delivered efficiently and in line with the organisations policies and standards.
Main Duties
- Act as a first point of contact for customers, residents and stakeholders across Immediate Market Tenures products.
- Manage enquiries through a variety of channels, ensuring timely resolution or escalation where appropriate.
- Deliver a professional and customer-focused service that reflects L&Q''s values and service standards.
- Build positive working relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Support the delivery of operational processes across London Living Rent, Right to Buy and Key Worker Schemes.
- Coordinate administrative activities associated with customer cases, tenancy events, purchases, renewals and other housing transactions.
- Assist with service improvement initiatives and the implementation of new processes.
- Monitor team workflows and support performance against key service targets.
- Contribute to the achievement of team objectives and key performance indicators.
- Support meetings, actions, correspondence and operational administration.
- Work collaboratively across the wider directorate to ensure effective service delivery.
- Share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement opportunities
- Ensure activities are completed in accordance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain appropriate records to support governance and audit requirements.
- Escalate risks, issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Support compliance with health and safety and information governance requirements
