Housing Systems Manager Salary: From 40,000 Per Annum Location: Luton with travel to Hubs (flexibility to work from home occasionally) Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 What you will be doing: Acting as the Housing CRM Systems lead, supporting the development, administration, and continuous improvement of OmniLedger (Pyramid) across supported housing services.Working closely with Housing Managers and Heads of Service to identify operational challenges and translate them into effective system-led solutions.Providing first-line support for system and process queries, resolving issues where possible and escalating technical matters when required.Delivering training, coaching, and user support to frontline teams, ensuring consistent use of systems, processes, and standard operating procedures.Managing key housing management activities within the system, including rent processes, occupancy monitoring, void controls, and housing benefit-related data.Monitoring, auditing, and improving data quality across services, carrying out data cleansing and ensuring accurate record keeping and reporting.Producing performance reports and insights, supporting KPI reporting and helping services demonstrate outcomes and service impact.
