Key Responsibilities To deliver high-quality, person centred support to young people in both accommodation and community settings. Supporting individuals to develop independence in key areas including managing accommodation, budgeting, rent and debt, health and wellbeing, building positive relationships and social networks. Assisting young people to access education, training, employment or volunteering opportunities.
