Client Snapshot: An opportunity has arisen with an established charity providing housing-related support to vulnerable adults across Chesterfield, Derbyshire. The service supports individuals experiencing mental health difficulties, helping them maintain stable accommodation, develop independent living skills and prevent homelessness. Vacancy Brief: We are recruiting an experienced Housing Support Worker to support a community-based and accommodation service in the Chesterfield area. The successful candidate will manage an existing caseload, providing practical and emotional support to individuals with housing-related needs. The Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of vulnerable adults requiring housing-related support. Assist clients with housing benefit claims, welfare entitlements and income maximisation.
