Your new role Our client is recruiting both Floating Support and Outreach workers on a full-time basis. These roles will see your main responsibilities revolving around the provision of practical and emotional support to vulnerable clients, whilst preparing regular Risk Assessments and working to existing Support Plans. You will help your clients to sustain their tenancies and involve them in the community, monitor their wellbeing and refer to more specialist staff where required. The role will require signposting to specialist agencies and offering assistance with budgeting and housing legislation.
