The role involves supporting clients living in temporary accommodation and helping them move into suitable, settled accommodation, including social housing and private rented accommodation . You will work closely with clients to address the issues that have contributed to homelessness and ensure appropriate ongoing support is in place to sustain their tenancy. Key Responsibilities Act as a key worker for households in temporary accommodation or at risk of homelessness. Assess needs and develop support plans for clients with complex needs. Support vulnerable adults and families experiencing issues including mental/physical health, substance misuse, financial difficulties and domestic abuse.
