Duties and Responsibilities of the Housing Support Worker: Provide person-centred 1:1 support, creating and reviewing individual support plans to help residents achieve personal goals and promote positive behaviours. Offer guidance and advocacy across housing, health, welfare and related areas, supporting residents to make informed choices. Work in partnership with internal teams and external agencies, including mental health and housing services, to meet residents'' needs effectively.
