They have a vacancy within their young persons service, as well as their female only service.  Responsibilities of the Housing Support Worker include:Managing a caseload of homeless clients (young people and adult females)Liaising with Local Authorities housing teams surrounding new applicationsSupporting in the maintenance of the client waiting listAssessing new clients support needsSupporting with tenancy managementEnsuring clients understand, and abide by their tenancy agreementsEnabling clients to access employment, education and training opportunitiesSafeguarding clients and reporting any concernsMonitoring tenants rent accounts and supporting them to maximise their incomePromoting clients to live independently and build lasting life skills Essential criteria of the Housing Support Worker include:Enhanced DBSExperience within a similar supported living environment</description>
