We''re looking for a Supported Housing Worker to help people across Bristol and South Gloucestershire maintain safe housing and improve their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage referrals and assess client needs
• Support with benefits, budgeting, and tenancy issues
• Work with partner agencies and volunteers to create support plans
• Keep clear and accurate records
• Visit housing sites and attend community meetings
