This is a full-time role working 12:30pm to 8:30pm (evenings), Monday to Friday, with 1 weekend in every 6. Job Overview The role involves supporting ex-offenders and vulnerable adults with complex needs, helping them access appropriate accommodation, maintain their tenancies and work towards independent living. You will manage a mixed caseload, providing person-centred housing support and working with individuals from a range of backgrounds, including prison leavers and people with complex offending histories. This may include supporting individuals convicted of sexual offences. Key Responsibilities Manage a mixed caseload of individuals requiring housing-related support.
