Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Housing Support/Retirement Living Scheme Worker to join a Housing Association on an ongoing temporary contract. Thsis is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. About the Role As Scheme Officer, you will: Support residents to maintain their wellbeing and independence Promote resident engagement and community involvement Carry out scheme inspections and compliance checks, including health and safety and fire alarm testing Monitor and liaise with contractors to ensure services are delivered to agreed standards Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support Assist with lettings, resales and income monitoring Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues at first point of contact where possible Escalate more complex housing matters to the Housing Officer where appropriate We are looking for someone who has: Experience within housing, supported housing or retirement living An understanding of the needs of older people and the importance of promoting independence Please apply with an up to date CV ASAP if this role would be of interest to ..... full job details .....
