Main duties will include Provide responsive, person-centred assistance to individuals with complex needs, helping them achieve positive outcomes and independence. Build open and trusting relationships with customers, colleagues, and partner agencies to ensure seamless and comprehensive support. Encourage individuals to engage in social, educational and employment opportunities, preventing isolation and promoting self-determination. Conduct thorough risk assessments and maintain professional boundaries, ensuring health, safety and compliance with safeguarding policies. Hours per week: 23 hours on a Rota pattern.- Contract; Temp ongoing role.
