BDS Recruitment are looking for an experienced Housing Support Worker to work in the centre of Penryn. The complex consists of 6 shared flats up to 12 residents. The role will include supporting vulnerable tenants who may have a history of mental health issues, substance misuse or homelessness to maintain their tenancies and live independently. Key duties: Providing responsive, person-centred assistance to individuals with complex needs, helping them achieve positive outcomes and independence. Build open and trusting relationships with residents, colleagues, and partner agencies to ensure seamless and comprehensive support.
