We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, enthusiastic and can confidently lead and support a large diverse team of Specialist Support officers and cleaners to deliver a quality service. As a Senior Specialist Support Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the Specialist Support Service area which includes our Independent Living and Extra Care schemes, Care Connect 24/7, Community Support and Tenancy Sustainment services. You will have a high level of contact with residents and customers on our services, some with complex needs and you will liaise regularly with internal teams and external agencies to deliver and promote our services.
