Housing Support Manager

We are currently working in partnership with a Charity based in Surrey who are recruiting for a Housing Support Manager on a permanent basis. The position is due to start immediately. The annual salary is £44,821.69. The ideal candidate will have previously provided support to young persons between the ages 16-21, have managed staff, drive and have access to their own vehicle, and have proven experience working delivering excellent service provision. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Managing a 75-bed supported housing service for young people aged 16-21Managing a team of seven Support WorkesDelivering regular one-to-one ensuring that KPIs are consistently metIdentifying areas for improvement and providing clear instructions to achieve itProviding assistance to support workers with complex casesEnsuring that the service is fully compliant with health and safety legislation Experience required: Experience required in supported housingExperience working with young persons Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Risk assessment and managementFinancial management and budgetingCompliance and due diligence Working hours: 35 hours per weekMonday - Friday, 9am-5pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
