You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing excellent customer service while helping to maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-managed environment. This is a varied role combining reception, administration, housing support, and health and safety responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, contractors, and external agencies.Deliver excellent customer service and respond to enquiries professionally.Carry out reception duties, including answering calls, managing emails and post, processing payments, and reporting repairs.Welcome new residents and assist with sign-ins, move-ins, and general enquiries.Conduct regular health and safety, security, and wellbeing checks throughout the building.Monitor and report maintenance issues, anti-social ..... full job details .....
