This role offers the chance to make a real difference by providing empathetic support, practical advice, and person-centred guidance to individuals moving from crisis towards stability. My client are looking for experienced Housing Support Workers who are well versed in providing outreach and sustainment services.- This role will require people in the office one day a week, and the other four providing site based support- through outreach as well as working from home when not required on site.
