What You''ll Be Doing Take ownership of homelessness prevention and relief cases, working with households to agree practical steps and achieve positive housing outcomes. Provide clear, confident and accurate housing advice to tenants, homeowners, people asked to leave by family or friends, and those affected by relationship breakdown. Use your expertise to support vulnerable residents and households with complex needs, ensuring every case is handled with professionalism, empathy and urgency. Work closely with partners, agencies and internal teams to identify realistic housing options and prevent homelessness wherever possible. Maintain accurate case records, meet service targets and contribute to a responsive, high-performing housing solutions service.
