This is a temporary role working full-time hours, Monday to Friday. Overview: The role holder will provide high quality support, advice and guidance to service users, working with individuals to assess their needs, manage risks and develop plans to support positive outcomes. The role will focus on preventing homelessness, supporting vulnerable residents and assisting service users to access appropriate housing options and support services.
