This is an initial three to six month assignment working full time, Monday to Friday in the Manchester area. Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting vulnerable residents with housing related matters, ensuring individuals are able to access appropriate services and sustain independent living wherever possible. The role will involve completing assessments, developing tailored support arrangements, and working collaboratively with internal teams and external organisations to assist residents with a range of complex needs.
