We are seeking front line Housing Solutions Advisors to join a team that makes a difference and transforms lives. The primary role of the Housing Solutions Advisor is to undertake homeless assessments and process applications to the Authority''s Common Housing Register. The key objective to prevent homelessness by producing innovative solutions to clients remaining in the home or finding alternative accommodation. An effective Housing Solutions Advisor will have experience of managing complex and detailed casework. The successful candidate will have experience of detailed homelessness prevention casework as well as homelessness legislation and making enquiries and legal decisions in line with the statutory duties of a local authority.
