Housing Solicitor Salary: £37,500-£45,000 (DOE) Location: Wigan (Hybrid) Job Type: Full-time A leading, modern Legal 500 law firm is expanding its specialist Housing team and is seeking an experienced Housing Solicitor with strong service charge expertise. The Role You will manage a varied caseload involving service charge disputes and recovery, advising a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, landlords and accommodation providers. Key Responsibilities Handling service charge disputes and recovery Advising on service charge legislation, lease interpretation and liability issues Managing service charge arrears, pre-action work and court proceedings Supporting wider housing litigation matters including possession and tenancy disputes Delivering commercially focused advice to landlords, accommodation providers and property businesses Ideal Candidate Demonstrable experience in service charge matters Background in housing, landlord and tenant, property litigation, or residential property Strong understanding of service charge legislation and the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) Excellent drafting, organisational and case management skills Commercially ..... full job details .....
