Housing Services Co-ordinator (York and surrounding areas)

Job Description Join us as a Housing Services Co-ordinator at Thirteen Group! Role Overview: As a Housing Services Co-ordinator you''ll manage a patch of around 350 homes across York and surrounding areas, dealing with customer enquiries, ensuring that rent is paid and homes are let quickly to maximise income, resolving anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood issues, all in a way that''s of the highest quality, at the convenience of the customer and responsive of need. You''ll be charged with delighting our customers and turning them into real fans and advocates of Thirteen as the landlord of choice. You''ll work with our customers and local partners to resolve issues quickly and you''ll think differently making business decisions that have a lasting positive impact on our neighbourhoods. As a geographically spread team you''ll be expected to be present on patch 2-3 times per week and you''ll be happy travelling to the team office over in Hull and our head office in Middlesbrough as and when required.
