Find out more about Finborough Court Housing As Housing Scheme Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the scheme, supporting our residents and ensuring they enjoy a loving, caring and supportive environment where their wellbeing is at the heart of what we do. For more information, please read the Job Pack here Key Responsibilities Assess the needs of potential occupants against eligibility criteria and allocate housing units accordingly. Ensure the wellbeing of occupants is maintained to a high standard. Ensure support plans are kept up to date. Lead and manage housing staff within the scheme, ensuring all duties are covered during staff absences. Manage the domestic and maintenance teams. Manage the Wellbeing Assistant. Work with the Finance Team to manage rents, services and other charges. Be responsible for devotions and lead devotional times as required.
