Housing Sales Consultant
- Annual Salary: -35,000 per annum
- Location: Basingstoke - Monday to Friday (office and home-based hybrid working)
- Job Type: Fixed Term (12 months)
We are looking for a passionate Sales Consultant to join a dynamic Sales team on a fixed-term basis within a housing association. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in sales environments and is committed to providing exceptional customer service.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide outstanding sales service throughout the customer''s buying journey, building strong relationships and delivering the highest standards of care.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling sales for both Open Market and Shared Ownership properties.
- Take operational responsibility for new developments across several locations in the south of England, including all aspects of presentation and stock management.
- Proactively identify potential sales opportunities, create forward interest, and schedule viewings.
- Follow up on all leads, effectively qualify, progress, and close sales to meet agreed sales targets.
- Understand your customers and developments in detail to influence marketing activities through effective and tailored campaigns, alongside individual market research.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience within the Social Housing industry.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Highly motivated individual capable of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to self-manage and prioritise workload effectively.
- Team player - collaborative working across teams is essential.
