This is a unique opportunity to join an organisation investing heavily in housing safety, compliance and resident wellbeing. Reporting to the Head of Health and Safety, you will lead on the identification, assessment and management of housing-related risks across a diverse housing portfolio, with a particular focus on HHSRS, Damp and Mould, Awaab''s Law compliance and wider resident safety issues. This is far more than a traditional Damp and Mould role. You will act as the organisation''s specialist advisor on housing safety matters, influencing service delivery, driving compliance and helping shape a proactive approach to risk management that puts residents first. What You''ll Be DoingAs Housing Safety Surveyor, you will be responsible for investigating and managing a wide range of housing safety risks, ensuring residents are protected whilst supporting the organisation''s legal and regulatory obligations.
