      <description>Location: Motherwell | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Temporary | Your new company   An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Housing Revenues Officer to join a well-established Housing Association near Glasgow. This role will play a key part in delivering an effective income management service, supporting tenants to sustain their tenancies while maximising rental income.   Your new role     Manage a designated patch of rent accounts, ensuring timely collection of rental income  Proactively manage arrears through early intervention, payment arrangements, and tenant engagement  Provide advice and support to tenants in relation to rent payments, benefits, and financial inclusion  Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to support vulnerable tenants and sustain tenancies  Take appropriate recovery action in line with policy, including issuing legal notices and preparing court documentation.
