Housing Resolution Officer

Our Public Sector client is looking for a Housing Resolution Officers on a 3 month initial contract. We are looking for applicants who have a strong Housing background.
The core responsibilities of this role will include:
- We are an inbound Customer Service call centre dealing with all types of enquiries from members of the public.-
- It is a very fast paced office, so we expect our staff to promote a positive attitude.
- Experience dealing working in a call centre.
- The ability to work to performance and quality standards always delivering excellent customer service.
- Candidates will have strong customer service skills and experience in working with Housing Repairs.
- Knowledge of Northgate Housing system is preferred but not essential or a have used a housing system.
Flexible working from home and office on a rota basis. Candidates will attend a 2 week training course both classroom and shadowing in the office and home.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in a Housing Resolution Officer role. You will have experience dealing with service users and also experience working with a number of other organisations including voluntary sector. You will have excellent communication and customer service skill as well as the ability to work under pressure.

- -17.54 per hour PAYE + holiday pay
- -22.01 per hour on a Umbrella basis.
