Working as part of a specialist team, you will help ensure cases, surveys, repairs and actions are accurately recorded, regularly monitored and progressed within agreed timescales. You will also support work relating to Awaab''s Law, helping the organisation maintain a clear and up-to-date overview of outstanding actions.
