Housing Repairs CoordinatorLocation: Bedford / HybridContract: Permanent, Full TimeSalary: £27,299.40 We are looking for an organised and proactive Housing Repairs Coordinator to provide essential administrative and coordination support across our housing condition, disrepair and healthy homes programmes. Working as part of a specialist team, you will help ensure cases, surveys, repairs and actions are accurately recorded, regularly monitored and progressed within agreed timescales. You will also support work relating to Awaab''s Law, helping the organisation maintain a clear and up-to-date overview of outstanding actions. This is a customer-focused role where attention to detail, communication and the ability to manage competing priorities are key. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Healthy Homes and Surveying Services teams. Maintain accurate records of housing condition cases, surveys, repairs and associated actions across internal systems. Regularly review outstanding actions and ensure information is kept current and accurate. Monitor and follow up repairs and survey activity, ensuring actions are progressed appropriately. Manage no access cases in accordance with established procedures, arranging further appointments and following up where required.
